​Manage Midtown Radio’s Instagram and Facebook, including weekly posts, ongoing stories, inbox management, and community engagement.
 

Collaborate with creators, marketing, and events teams to promote podcasts, special broadcasts, and upcoming programs.
 

Create engaging content that highlights the local music and arts scene, such as artist features, interactive posts, and event coverage.
 

Attend Midtown Radio events (approx. every other month) to capture and share content.

Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers; develop orientation and training programs; and maintain volunteer records and schedules.
 

Coordinate staffing for station operations and events while fostering a welcoming, inclusive volunteer culture.
 

Act as a liaison between volunteers and staff, supporting clear communication, feedback, and conflict resolution.
 

Organize volunteer appreciation initiatives, community-building activities, and partnerships with local educational and cultural organizations.

Develop and manage Midtown Radio’s annual live events plan, including scheduling, budgeting, and alignment with organizational goals.
 

Build and maintain partnerships with venues, artists, and community organizations; secure venues and book performers.
 

Coordinate with marketing and volunteer teams to promote events, assign roles, and ensure adequate staffing.
 

Oversee event logistics from setup to teardown, and conduct post-event evaluations to capture outcomes and improvements.

Support the Live Events Coordinator in planning and executing Midtown Radio events through assigned roles.
 

Take on various responsibilities during events, including setup/teardown, greeting, artist liaison, and documentation.
 

Participate in pre-event meetings and post-event debriefs to provide reflections and feedback.
 

Maintain a positive, helpful presence when interacting with team members, artists, and attendees
